Jennifer Oxley-Weekes is a seasoned Project Manager with over 30 years of experience in financial services and, more recently, online gaming with the AGCO. A certified PMP, she is recognized for leading complex, high-stakes initiatives to successful delivery, on time and within budget, while mentoring and developing emerging project managers.

Jennifer brings a strategic yet detail-oriented leadership style, with extensive experience leading globally distributed teams, implementing enterprise systems, and driving process and regulatory transformation across Canada and internationally. She has collaborated closely with senior executives, subject matter experts, vendors, and customers on large-scale change initiatives.

A long-standing PMILOC volunteer, Jennifer developed and led the volunteer portfolio in 2016 and has since held multiple leadership roles, including serving as Chapter President in 2021 and again currently, marking her second term as Chapter President. She is a strong advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, having sponsored the chapter’s DE&I program to strengthen awareness and relevance.

A Leadership Institute Master Class graduate and Master’s in Project Management recipient from Northeastern University, Jennifer remains deeply committed to continuous learning, inclusive governance, and advancing the project management profession.

Harinder is an accomplished Senior Program Manager providing Business/IT Transformation Projects delivery, IT Consulting services, Pre-sales, Business outcomes and RFP/Bid proposal for Tier 1 leading Telco, Banking and Enterprise multinational organizations during the last 30+ years. Harinder has been managing large and complex programs/projects using latest technology stack of Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, Machine learning (ML) and ERP projects for several prestigious clients in Canada, Australia and internationally.

Harinder is a PMP Certified, Safe 6 Agilist, Scrum Master Certified and Lean Six Sigma & Data landscape of Gen AI and Prompt Engineering trained. Harinder possesses a 4 years engineering degree in Computer Science and postgraduate 1-year Executive certificate in Management Program (eMcIntire), University of Virginia.  Harinder had won earlier project of the year award within his organization for successfully implementing Generative AI based program within a span of 6 months. This resulted in organization improving the operational efficiency and streamlining of the business processes with a potential huge cost saving in the future period.

Harinder has been a member of PMI for 15+ years and of PMI Lakeshore Chapter for close to 10 years. Harinder has been a mentor and serving board members with PMILOC during the last 5 plus years and held an executive position (President, Area Director, VP Membership) of Toastmasters International. He is currently holding the position of President of Speak with Spark PMILOC chapter Toastmasters club for the last 3 years and Vice President of chapter with a dual role of Director Volunteer management. Harinder loves to travel and enjoy sports like lawn tennis, cricket, trekking and walks in the trails.

Michael Ghobros is a technology and engineering executive with over 20 years of experience leading global teams, scaling complex SaaS platforms, and driving large-scale digital transformation. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles across private sector, public sector, and fast-growing organizations, consistently translating strategy into execution and measurable outcomes.  

Michael brings deep expertise in engineering excellence, cloud and platform modernization, DevOps and DevSecOps maturity, and the integration of AI and automation into core business workflows. Known for his hands-on, transparent leadership style, he is passionate about building empowered, high-performing teams that deliver resilient, scalable, and customer-centric solutions.  

He holds a Master of Engineering in Technology Innovation Management from Carleton University and is both a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.). Michael has served in multiple leadership roles with the Project Management Institute Lakeshore Ontario Chapter (PMILOC), including President and Board Chair, and remains deeply committed to advancing the project management profession through volunteer leadership and mentorship.  

Outside of work, Michael enjoys giving back to the community, mentoring emerging leaders, and staying active. His “why” for serving PMILOC is simple: to help strengthen the chapter, develop future leaders, and ensure members continue to receive meaningful value and opportunities for growth.

Danielle Ashman is a Lead Digital Product Manager at RBC Royal Bank of Canada, where she works across multiple business lines to deliver seamless, client-centric digital experiences. She provides strategic product leadership by setting product vision and roadmaps, translating complex business needs into scalable digital solutions, and aligning business, technology, and customer outcomes. Danielle leads end-to-end product delivery, prioritizes initiatives, and continuously optimizes digital products to drive client value and operational efficiency.

With a long-standing career at RBC, Danielle has held roles across the organization and built strong, trusted partnerships within Wealth Management, Canadian Banking, and Technology & Operations. She is a respected leader known for navigating complex environments, mentoring emerging talent, and fostering inclusive, high-performing teams. Beyond her role, Danielle actively supports RBC initiatives including BIWOC, LEAP, Beacon, and the PMILOC Chapter.

In her spare time, Danielle enjoys traveling, exploring her creativity through cooking and baking, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Abiola is a senior project and transformation leader with nearly 20 years of experience delivering strategic, technology, and business transformation initiatives across several industries, including technology, retail, and banking. She is known for her ability to align strategy, people, and execution, and brings deep expertise in enterprise transformation, executive communications, stakeholder engagement, and change management.

A committed governance and community leader, Abiola has served on the Board of the PMI Lakeshore Ontario Chapter for over seven years and has contributed to the project management profession for more than 15 years. Her board experience is complemented by a strong academic foundation, including an MBA from the Ivey Business School and executive education from Wharton Executive Education. She has also completed advanced studies in Project Management, Agile methodologies, Change Management, Diversity and Inclusion, and Strategic Communications. 

Abiola is recognized for her collaborative leadership style, sound judgment, and ability to navigate complex organizational environments. Di Melissa Jia is an innovation and R&D leader with over 20 years of experience spanning technical development, government-funded and third party-partnered initiatives, and cross-sector collaboration, with a consistent focus on translating ideas into real-world impact. Melissa holds a master’s degree in chemical engineering and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Throughout her career, Melissa has been actively involved in government-funded and university-partnered initiatives, working closely with academic researchers, industry partners, and project teams. Her experience has strengthened her interest in innovation ecosystems—particularly in how industry, academia, and emerging talent can work together to build future-ready capabilities.

Melissa serves as Director of the Outreach Portfolio with the Project Management Institute, Lakeshore Ontario Chapter (PMILOC). In this role, she leads Outreach initiatives focused on strengthening connections between industry, academia, and the next generation of project management professionals. Her motivation for serving with PMILOC stems from a desire to give back to the professional community while helping bridge the gap between education and practice.

Outside of work and volunteering, Melissa enjoys spending time with the family including two pets, Bubble cat and Rocky puppy, and also enjoy indoor and outdoor exercises.

Adebayo Ajayi is a Senior Project Consultant and a Personal Excellence Coach. He has over a decade of experience leading complex projects and programs across private and public sector, operations, and transformation environments, with a strong reputation for delivery excellence, stakeholder alignment, and team leadership.

Adebayo holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Masters in Engineering and an MBA from University of East London, UK, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership at Oral Roberts University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and holds multiple PMI credentials, reflecting his depth across predictive, agile, and Project Management Offie (PMO) approaches.

Throughout his career, Adebayo has worked with diverse teams, senior leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver value-driven outcomes, improve processes, and build sustainable delivery capabilities.

He is also an adjunct professor, program advisor, and mentor, actively contributing to the development of emerging project professionals.

As Director of Events and Culture, Adebayo is passionate about cultivating inclusive, high-impact experiences that strengthen community, elevate professional standards, and create meaningful value for PMILOC members. As Director of Marketing & Communications for the PMI Lakeshore Ontario Chapter, Williams provides board-level leadership in brand strategy, member engagement, digital platforms, and cross-portfolio collaboration. Dr. Yomi Odedeyi is an accomplished Technology Director and ERP expert with over three decades of experience leading enterprise-scale programs and driving performance and revenue growth for large organizations. He excels at managing complex IT environments, delivering multi-million-dollar projects, and leading cross-functional global teams using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. ​

A dedicated lifelong learner, Dr. Odedeyi holds a Ph.D. in Leadership & Policy from Niagara University, an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Benin. He also holds multiple professional certifications, including PMP, PMI Certified Professional in Managing AI (PMI-CPMAI), SAP SD Certified Consultant, Certified Financial Consultant (CFC), and Associate of the Nigerian Institute of Management (ANIM). ​

Mazen is an experienced Senior Project Manager/ScrumMaster/Agile Trainer who holds Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) designations.  Mazen has over 20 years’ experience managing multiple large complex national and international software development technology projects in diverse industries including major financial industry clients.  During these years, Mazen built a track record of delivering multifaceted high risk and high visibility projects to completion while overcoming obstacles and achieving positive results.

His focus as a Project Manager/ScrumMaster, has always been to manage and deliver quality technology projects. During his experience, Mazen received several awards for his ability to manage projects which positively impacted efficiency, productivity, and profitability. He also delivered would-be failed projects to completion and acceptance.  Mazen has been a member with the PMI Lakeshore Ontario Chapter since 2000 and a mentor with the PMILOC Mentorship Program since 2010.
