A certified PMP, she is recognized for leading complex, high-stakes initiatives to successful delivery, on time and within budget, while mentoring and developing emerging project managers. Jennifer brings a strategic yet detail-oriented leadership style, with extensive experience leading globally distributed teams, implementing enterprise systems, and driving process and regulatory transformation across Canada and internationally. She has collaborated closely with senior executives, subject matter experts, vendors, and customers on large-scale change initiatives. A long-standing PMILOC volunteer, Jennifer developed and led the volunteer portfolio in 2016 and has since held multiple leadership roles, including serving as Chapter President in 2021 and again currently, marking her second term as Chapter President. She is a strong advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, having sponsored the chapter’s DE&I program to strengthen awareness and relevance. A Leadership Institute Master Class graduate and Master’s in Project Management recipient from Northeastern University, Jennifer remains deeply committed to continuous learning, inclusive governance, and advancing the project management profession. |

Harinder has been managing large and complex programs/projects using latest technology stack of Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, Machine learning (ML) and ERP projects for several prestigious clients in Canada, Australia and internationally. Harinder is a PMP Certified, Safe 6 Agilist, Scrum Master Certified and Lean Six Sigma & Data landscape of Gen AI and Prompt Engineering trained. Harinder possesses a 4 years engineering degree in Computer Science and postgraduate 1-year Executive certificate in Management Program (eMcIntire), University of Virginia. Harinder had won earlier project of the year award within his organization for successfully implementing Generative AI based program within a span of 6 months. This resulted in organization improving the operational efficiency and streamlining of the business processes with a potential huge cost saving in the future period. Harinder has been a member of PMI for 15+ years and of PMI Lakeshore Chapter for close to 10 years. Harinder has been a mentor and serving board members with PMILOC during the last 5 plus years and held an executive position (President, Area Director, VP Membership) of Toastmasters International. He is currently holding the position of President of Speak with Spark PMILOC chapter Toastmasters club for the last 3 years and Vice President of chapter with a dual role of Director Volunteer management. Harinder loves to travel and enjoy sports like lawn tennis, cricket, trekking and walks in the trails.

With a long-standing career at RBC, Danielle has held roles across the organization and built strong, trusted partnerships within Wealth Management, Canadian Banking, and Technology & Operations. She is a respected leader known for navigating complex environments, mentoring emerging talent, and fostering inclusive, high-performing teams. Beyond her role, Danielle actively supports RBC initiatives including BIWOC, LEAP, Beacon, and the PMILOC Chapter. Throughout her career, Melissa has been actively involved in government-funded and university-partnered initiatives, working closely with academic researchers, industry partners, and project teams. Her experience has strengthened her interest in innovation ecosystems—particularly in how industry, academia, and emerging talent can work together to build future-ready capabilities. Melissa serves as Director of the Outreach Portfolio with the Project Management Institute, Lakeshore Ontario Chapter (PMILOC). In this role, she leads Outreach initiatives focused on strengthening connections between industry, academia, and the next generation of project management professionals.
