The PMI Project Management Ready™ certification is a way for students to immerse themselves in the project management industry and connect with this passionate community of professionals.

The PMI Project Management Ready (PM Ready) will familiarize high school and post-secondary students with the concepts and field of project management, and the tools to apply this knowledge to a wide range of career paths. It fills the need for an industry-recognized certification that allows career and technical education institutions to add value to their programs across career clusters. This is an entry level certification that does not require any prior work experience in project management and/or the minimal educational hours needed to take the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)^® Exam. PM Ready is the world's first global entry level certification available to end users.

Candidates for this certification will be expected to learn the key conceptual knowledge and principles of project management through self-paced learning courseware launched by PMI through Certiport, a Pearson VUE Business on May 31, 2022. Once the candidate has completed the courseware, they are eligible to take the PMI Project Management Ready certification exam through approved online test centers. The certification exam consists of 40 multiple choice questions to be completed in 50 minutes. The exam is out of 1000 points and the passing score is 700 points. Test results are immediately available through Certiport’s testing platform. New Update: The certificate remains valid for five years from the certification date.

PMILOC is the first Canadian Chapter to make the Project Management Ready Courseware, Practice Test & Exam Voucher available to the end users in Canada from PMI through CCI Learning Solutions, Canadian exclusive Certiport Solution Provider. We will also assist the end user who procure the courseware through us with support & clarification during the duration of the courseware study & preparation.

Complete the self-learning PM Ready CCI Learning XED Courseware material -> CertPREP (Exam Practice Tests - Optional to buy but highly recommended to understand the test pattern) - > PM Ready Exam Voucher (Purchase the Exam Voucher and schedule the online PM Ready Exam). PMILOC is a Certiport Authorized Test Centre (Online Exam monitored by an evaluator (Proctor)).
