Are You Ready to Lead?
The PMILOC Empower Women in Leadership (EWL) program is designed to support women who want to grow, contribute, and lead within the PMI Lakeshore Ontario Chapter.
Through a combination of leadership workshops, mentorship, and community engagement, EWL helps participants strengthen their leadership skills, expand their networks, and explore new opportunities within PMI.

Interactive workshops focused on communication, strategic thinking, negotiation, and leadership confidence.
Structured Mentorship
Two mentorship cycles each year, connecting participants with experienced leaders who provide guidance and support.

Opportunities to share your voice through podcasts, community spotlights, and chapter initiatives.

EWL is open to PMILOC members who are interested in developing their leadership potential, including those who are:

Program Investment
A $25 registration fee applies per participant to support program delivery and engagement.
