Adebayo Ajayi

Adebayo Ajayi is a Senior Project Consultant and a Personal Excellence Coach. He has over a decade of experience leading complex projects and programs across the private and public sectors, operations, and transformation environments, with a strong reputation for delivery excellence, stakeholder alignment, and team leadership.

Adebayo holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s in engineering and an MBA from the University of East London, UK, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership at Oral Roberts University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and holds multiple PMI credentials, reflecting his depth across predictive, agile, and Project Management Office (PMO) approaches.

Throughout his career, Adebayo has worked with diverse teams, senior leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver value-driven outcomes, improve processes, and build sustainable delivery capabilities.

He is also an adjunct professor, program advisor, and mentor, actively contributing to the development of emerging project professionals.

As Director of Events and Culture, Adebayo is passionate about cultivating inclusive, high-impact experiences that strengthen community, elevate professional standards, and create meaningful value for PMILOC members. His motivation for serving is rooted in giving back to the profession and empowering others to lead with clarity, excellence, and purpose.

Ajit Nayak

    Ajit Nayak is a seasoned technology and transformation leader with over 22 years of experience spanning automation architecture, Agile delivery, and business analysis across leading organizations such as NTT DATA, Co-operators, Scotiabank and CIBC. Currently Ajit leads a high-performing automation team, driving strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, quality, and scalability.

    Ajit brings a strong track record of building and optimizing processes. He has successfully designed and implemented enterprise-level automation strategies and developed innovative tools that streamline workflows, improve productivity, and enable data-driven decision-making. His leadership style emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, ensuring teams consistently deliver high-quality outcomes.

    Prior to his current role, Ajit served as a Scrum Master, where he led cross-functional Agile teams, facilitated stakeholder engagement, and delivered complex projects aligned with business objectives. His ability to bridge the gap between business and technology was further strengthened during his tenure as a Business Analyst at CIBC, where he worked on large-scale financial systems, regulatory initiatives, and data-driven solutions.

    Beyond his professional expertise, Ajit is deeply committed to volunteerism and community impact. As the Portfolio Manager for Volunteer Management at PMILOC, he plays a key role in strengthening volunteer engagement, improving onboarding processes, and driving operational excellence within the organization. He is passionate about building scalable systems, empowering teams, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

    Ajit holds a Master of Technology in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication. His diverse experience across technology, leadership, and community service positions him as a strong candidate for the Board of Directors, where he aims to contribute strategic insights, enhance organizational effectiveness, and support sustainable growth.

    Danielle Ashman

    Danielle Ashman is a Lead Digital Product Manager at RBC Royal Bank of Canada, where she works across multiple business lines to deliver seamless, client-centric digital experiences. She provides strategic product leadership by setting product vision and roadmaps, translating complex business needs into scalable digital solutions, and aligning business, technology, and customer outcomes. Danielle leads end-to-end product delivery, prioritizes initiatives, and continuously optimizes digital products to drive client value and operational efficiency.

    With a long-standing career at RBC, Danielle has held roles across the organization and built strong, trusted partnerships within Wealth Management, Canadian Banking, and Technology & Operations. She is a respected leader known for navigating complex environments, mentoring emerging talent, and fostering inclusive, high-performing teams. Beyond her role, Danielle actively supports RBC initiatives including BIWOC, LEAP, Beacon, and the PMILOC Chapter.

    Di Melissa Jia

    Di Melissa Jia is an innovation and R&D leader with over 20 years of experience delivering complex, cross-sector initiatives and turning ideas into real-world impact. With a master’s degree in chemical engineering and PMP certification, she has led government-funded and university-partnered programs, working closely with industry, academia, and project teams. Melissa specializes in translating strategy into execution by building strong connections between industries and academia. Her work focuses on developing innovation ecosystems that deliver long-term impact. She brings a unique combination of technical depth, partnership development, and strategic coordination to every initiative. Melissa currently serves as Director of Social Impact & Academic Outreach Portfolio with PMILOC, where she has strengthened industry–university engagement, expanded student connections, and built bridges across academic, not-for-profit, and professional communities.

    Her experience on the board has given her a clear understanding of member needs and opportunities for the chapter growth. As a candidate for the PMILOC Board of Directors, Melissa is focused on enhancing member value, creating more opportunities for engagement and development, and building a more connected and inclusive community.     George Rofail

    George has over 20 years’ experience in the field of project management. He has Progressive experience in Software Projects Delivery Management, Program and Project Management, using Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Successfully delivered multi-million projects in major industries: Banking, Healthcare and Telecom. Since 2023 he has been focusing in the field of Information Security.

    George holds an MBA from University of Leicester, UK, as well as a Bachelor of Computer Science from University of Alexandria, Egypt. He is PMP certified since 2008 in good standing, and Scrum Master since 2020. 

    He has been a member of PMILOC since 2020, and served the chapter as Volunteer Management Portfolio Manager, Director of Volunteer Management, Technology and lastly Member care. Throughout his volunteering for the chapter, his focus has always been to better serve the chapter members.

    Harinder Pal Singh

    Harinder is an accomplished Senior Program and Delivery Leader providing Business/IT Transformation Projects delivery, IT Consulting services, Pre-sales, Business outcomes and RFP/Bid proposal for Tier 1 leading Telco, Banking and Enterprise multinational organizations during the last 30+ years. Harinder has been managing large and complex programs/projects using latest technology stack of Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, Machine learning (ML) and ERP projects for several prestigious clients in Canada, Australia and internationally. Harinder is a PMP Certified, Safe 6 Agilist, Scrum Master Certified and Lean Six Sigma & Data landscape of Gen AI and Prompt Engineering trained. Harinder possesses a 4-year engineering degree in Computer Science and postgraduate 1-year Executive certificate in Management Program (eMcIntire), University of Virginia.  Harinder had won earlier project of the year award within his organization for successfully implementing Generative AI based program within a span of 6 months. This resulted in organization improving the operational efficiency and streamlining of the business processes with a potential huge cost saving in the future period.

    Harinder has been a member of PMI for 15+ years and of PMI Lakeshore Chapter for close to 10 years. Harinder has been a mentor and serving board members with PMILOC during the last 5 plus years and held an executive position (President, Area Director, VP Membership) of Toastmasters International. He is currently holding the position of President of Speak with Spark PMILOC chapter Toastmasters club for the last 4 years and Vice President of chapter with a dual role of Director Volunteer management for the last 2 years. Harinder likes travelling and enjoys sports like lawn tennis, cricket, trekking and walking in the trails.

    MALAK ATTIA

    Portfolio Manager at PMI Lakeshore Ontario Chapter, leading mentorship programs, training and credentials, podcast initiatives, book club, empowering women with power and Toastmasters- Speak with Spark club while driving strategic budgeting, cross-functional collaboration, and global outreach across diverse regions. Responsible for volunteer onboarding, including recruitment and interviews, to strengthen organizational capacity.

    Business Professor with 15+ years of experience across Canadian colleges and universities, teaching Marketing, Sales, Business Analysis, and Project Management. Brings strong expertise in leadership development, budgeting, and analytics, supported by PMP and Scrum Master certifications.

    Mohammed Hamza Momade

    Hamza Momade is a Director of Special Projects with a leading contracting firm in Ontario, Canada, bringing over 12 years of experience in commercial, residential, data centre and infrastructure construction. 

    In his current role, Hamza leads complex projects, prepares expert reports related to construction delays and claims, negotiates settlements, and supports strategic business growth initiatives, including establishing new construction divisions and mentoring future industry leaders.

    In addition to his industry work, Hamza teaches construction management at the master’s level on a part-time basis in Toronto. His combined experience in industry and academia allows him to bridge the gap between research and real-world project delivery.

    Hamza is also actively involved in professional and industry organizations. He volunteers with PMI Lakeshore, where he supports career development and knowledge-sharing events for project management professionals, and with the CIOB Toronto Hub, where he contributes to industry engagement, networking events, and initiatives supporting the built environment professional community.

    Dr. Yomi Odedeyi is an accomplished IT expert and a true leader at the intersection of technology, business, and strategic leadership.
