In today’s world, we are physically separated from our traditional workplaces.  Research has shown that the impacts of this and other restrictions placed on us by living through the COVID-19 pandemic is taking a toll on both our own mental health and that of our teams.  This directly impacts performance.  This webinar will help you gain an understanding of burnout, how to recognize it in yourself and others, and what you can about it.  

This webinar relates to Leadership as it is about self-management as well as supporting your teams.

• How to reduce the risk of burnout and mitigate the damage it can cause?

SPEAKER - Adam Wiseman, PMP, CHE

Adam’s passion for his work in the mental health field is driven by a commitment to improving outcomes for all; with a particular interest in mental health and its impacts on professional relationships and workplaces.

As the founder and lead consultant of Quality Mental Health Interventions (QMHI) Training and Consulting has had the opportunity to work with clients ranging from the City of Toronto to the Ombudsman for Banking and Investment Services.

He utilizes a combination of 20 years of community mental health experience and project management (PMP, Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma) skills to help organizations optimize outcomes by improving Psychological Health and Safety in the workplace as well as teaching the mental health interventions skills required to achieve the best possible outcomes in professional relationships.
