October 19, 2020 7:00 - 8:00 PM, Monday Meeting Agenda

While operations and supply chains in most industries have been focused on, in recent times, becoming cost-effective, the Covid-19 pandemic is testing their survival as never before. Through the webinar, the participants will learn about the practices that can help minimize the impact of the current disruptions, and strategies that can better prepare firms to face future disruptions.

Many attendees are part of or manage projects throughout their career and can draw direct parallels between that work and planning for retirement (e.g. requirements gathering, scheduling, estimation, risk management & mitigation).  This presentation will touch on all parts of the PM Talent Triangle during this presentation - Technical Project Management, Leadership, or Strategic and Business Management Expertise. Furthermore, estate Planning is a critical aspect of your overall financial plan.  It’s also a topic that can be quite complex and sensitive, especially because no family is alike – whether you’re single, have young children, or have blended family considerations.

What’s in it for you?

This session will leave you better prepared to:

  • Generate innovative solutions for supply and demand problems.
  • Rethink the level of tradeoffs among priorities such as cost versus flexibility.
  • Balance conformity and autonomy for frontline employees.
Align business functions including operations and human resource management.
