Project Managers must manage the Scope, Cost, Time, and Quality of their Projects (known as KPIs or Key Performance indicators). Waste, Inefficiencies, Roadblocks, Bottlenecks, and Problems emerge every day that affect the projects and KPIs. Sadly, we work around these Waste every day and do not know how to find them and remove them.
Develop professionals who understand the meaning of “Value” and “9 LEAN Waste”. This training will teach you to “find waste” and make daily “small process improvements.”
LEAN is Toyota Production System, and together with Motorola's Six Sigma, these certifications are in high demand across all the sectors, manufacturing, healthcare, service, and public service.
Trainees will learn about “Lean Basics,” “Lean Waste,” “Lean Daily Management,” “Lean or Kaizen Event methodology,” and get an overview of “Six Sigma- DMAIC or HONDA A3 Problem Solving thinking”.
