Registration closing on Wednesday, April 01, 2020

Project Management is a critical function in high tech companies, regardless it is about software development, or implementation of a software product. But there are many special challenges for project management in the high-tech industry. For example, working for long hours to meet deadline; not being allowed to take vacation during critical phases of project; tension between the customers due to different levels of expectation; product not meeting customers’ requirements; frustration of the team members etc. How to resolve these issues? How to reduce the frustrations? And ever further, is it possible to manage a project with fun, or even joy? Menlo Innovations have gone a long way to address these challenges. They have developed and shaped a unique corporate culture of joy and innovation, where project management has also been innovated to be aligned with the culture of joy. It has been featured at Forbes, BNC, Harvard Business Review etc.

What’s in it for you?

  • To encourage PM’s to rethink about leadership with the goal of having joy
  • To provide examples of Menlo Innovations how to achieve the goal
  • To brainstorm how to apply the culture of joy to your organization
