Everything a PM Should Know About Team Culture (C193-200106-DMT)

The 1-Hour Dinner and Learning Meeting provides an opportunity to know Everything a PM Should Know About Team Culture.

Registration closing on Thursday, January 02, 2020

We all know a great work environment when we see it. A place where the work is challenging, everyone is pulling together and there is that feeling of accomplishment when the job is done. It is the culture of that organization or team.

Culture is unique and highly valued – more so then strategy by one of our favorite management gurus. There are truly great organizations that have their own very unique cultures. A couple of examples would be the US Marines and Zappos. Two more different organizations would be challenging to find, but both have cultures that have been widely studied. Studied for good reason, it turns out that there is a series of processes can be followed that can be used to create a culture worth studying.

In this session you will acquire the skills required to enhance and evolve the culture of your team(s). You will learn how culture drives revenue, increases productivity and fosters happiness. You will leave knowing the steps to shape and define your teams’ culture. We will cover the “Culture System” and how once you have the system properly in place how it becomes self-sustaining.

This presentation focus on enhancing the PM’s leadership, strategic, and business management expertise. PM’s that attend this session will learn:
•  Fundamentals of Great Culture.
•  The elements of the “Culture System”.
•  How to align your team’s culture with organizational objectives.
•  Tools and Techniques, you can use today to shape your teams’ culture
