Predictive Project Analytics

Registration Closing February 10, 2019

Note: No food or drinks will be provided at this event due to venue policy but you can bring your own if you wish.

Most project professionals understand that success hinges on an organization’s ability to effectively manage major capital investment, changes to business processes and the adoption of new technologies. Yet, despite their inherent strategic importance, these projects frequently experience cost overruns, run late or fail entirely.

By empirically analyzing your project, you can obtain an objective assessment of the inherent complexity and management characteristics of your project that can support you to determine whether you’re on track for success or failure.

What’s in it for you?

  • Enhance technical project management capability through more effective and objective risk management techniques.
  • As a portfolio manager, or business executive, learn how to deploy resources for better project performance

He has spent the majority of his time at Deloitte helping clients realize value through an improved project and portfolio management, often leveraging the insights enabled by Deloitte’s Predictive Project Analytics (PPA) capability.
