There is a better way to stand out and gain credibility! Simple tools for improving the way you communicate with clients, colleagues, and everyone else

The 1-Hour Dinner and Learning Meeting provides an opportunity to learn about simple tools for improving the way you communicate with clients, colleagues, and everyone else. It will be especially helpful for communications between project management professionals (“PMP”) and people who don’t work in project management (but whom the PMP must influence, organize, etc., to achieve the PMP’s desired outcomes).

Registration closing on Wednesday, January 30, 2019

MONDAY MEETING AGENDA

Whether engaging with colleagues, clients, friends or family, communicating your ideas can be surprisingly difficult. You work hard, prepare, and do your best to share—still, people don’t understand, disagree, or have trouble following along.

There is a better way.

Chris Graham shows you simple, powerful tools for communicating in ways that stand out, win trust, and gain credibility. Specifically, you’ll learn how to:

  • Make sense of your audience
  • Get that audience to listen
  • Help that audience understand

The workshop is highly interactive and customized to the communication challenges relevant to project management professionals. Participants receive custom learning aids to start communicating better right away.

Participants will learn simple, practical tools for communicating better with clients, colleagues, and everyone else. It will especially helpful for communications between project managers and people who the PM must influence, organize, etc., to achieve the desired outcomes).
