LEAN SIX SIGMA YELLOW BELT CERTIFICATION

Lean is a methodology that relies on team based problem solving or process improvements, to improve the organization’s performance. Trainees remove inefficiencies, roadblocks, bottlenecks, waste and variation. LEAN is Toyota Production System, it is in great demand in all the sectors, especially healthcare, service and public service. All the organizations are looking for Lean certified professionals. The main focus of this training will be to teach trainees on how to engage staff through Lean culture and philosophies.

Note: This is our 19th session, in past 18 similar sessions were completed, 400+ professionals are already certified and are working in different sectors across GTA.

Requirements:
No previous Lean training or experience is required. Trainer only wants you to bring 1 problem and 1 medium size process from your existing or previous job. You are also welcome without a problem or a process as you will be able to learn from your fellow trainee’s problems or processes. We have planned numerous group exercises in the classroom to engage you. You will be able to apply Lean principles, philosophies, methodologies and tools in your own settings or through experiential exercises that we have designed for easy learning and for faster adoption.
