17th “LEAN SIX SIGMA YELLOW BELT” CERTIFICATION – FOR ALL THE SECTORS

Presented by QCDMS Consultants in collaboration with PMI Lakeshore Chapter

Lean Six Sigma is a methodology that relies on a team based problem solving, to make process improvements, to improve the organization’s performance by removing inefficiencies, roadblocks, and bottlenecks and by reducing variation. It combines Lean (Toyota Production System) and Six Sigma (Motorola) methodologies. Lean Six Sigma is in great demand in all the sectors, especially healthcare, service and public service. All the organizations are looking for Lean Six Sigma certified professionals. The main focus of this training will be to teach trainees on how to engage staff through Lean culture and utilize Six Sigma methodologies when it comes to detailed statistical analysis or during complex problem-solving.

Note: This is our 17th session, in past 16 similar sessions were completed, 350+ people are already certified who are working in different sectors across GTA.

No previous Lean Six Sigma training or experience is required. Trainer only wants you to bring 1 problem and 1 medium size process from your existing or previous job. You are also welcome without a problem or a process as you will be able to learn from other trainee’s problems or processes through numerous group exercises in the classroom. You will be able to apply Lean Six Sigma principles, philosophies, methodologies and tools in your own settings or through experiential exercises that we have designed for easy learning and for faster adoption.
