Top 10 Agile Meetings

Whether you are in research, product development, or operations, most likely your calendar has little or no free time. Historically, one of the biggest complaints is usually about too many meetings. Let's admit, however, that those complaints are mostly about poorly organized and unsuccessfully facilitated, usually ad-hoc events. Can that be changed?

When executed correctly, Agile communication and collaboration processes should decrease the number, duration, and frequency of meetings. The goal of this workshop is to give the participants clear understanding of the purpose, essential tools, and techniques needed for efficient execution of the most common Agile meetings. Participate and learn how to organize cross-functional participation, how to create feedback loops and build consensus at your meetings. Become a PRO of meeting facilitation and bring your communication skills to the next level!
