Mohamed Ksaibati, MBA, PMP, PMI-ACP, ITIL, Board Chair/Past President

Mohamed Ksaibati is a highly accomplished project management consultant, he has over 20 years of experience in IT and Project Management Consulting, he has a proven record of exceeding expectations Leading and delivering complex projects utilizing the best industry practices of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, though out of his career he provided services for various clients within Professional Services, Banking, Insurance, and Telecom. Currently he is supporting a major Bank.

Mohamed Ksaibati earned his MBA in 2013 (Major in Consultancy), and undergraduate in Electronics Engineering, he got his PMP in 2007. Roshini Ranjan, PMP, President

Roshini holds a B.Sc Mathematics and is a certified PMP. Prior to President Elect/Senior Vice President, she served as the Director, Partnership & Relationship, AVP/VP/MC Events, Project Manager – Symposiums 2014 & 2015 & Speaker Lead – Symposium 2016. Roshini Ranjan in her daily
life works as Manager Business Programs, managing the Centre of Excellence for Contract Management and Supplier Relationship Management at the GTAA.


Jennifer Oxley-Weekes, PMP, President Elect

Jennifer is a proactive, performance-driven customer focused professional with over 20 years’ experience successfully leading diverse technology projects in the financial services sector. She received her PMP in 2013 and is currently pursuing her Masters in Project Management to blend her technical experience with academic knowledge. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma International Relations, and a B.Sc. Economics, from the University of the West Indies & holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Event Management, from George Washington University. 

Jennifer has been actively volunteering with the Chapter since 2014, and has held the position of Portfolio Manager, Volunteer Engagement before being appointed to the Board. She successfully graduated from PMI’s Leadership Institute Master Class and brings this experience to the role. Jennifer loves to travel and is currently learning to play golf.

 

 

Alison Munro, B. Math, M.Sc., PMP, ITIL, Board Secretary & Director Governance

With more than 30 years of experience in the areas of strategic planning, systems analysis, project management and superior service delivery, Alison is a dedicated problem-solver who enjoys engaging with people to reach creative but practical solutions. Throughout her career, Alison has been a software engineer, a consultant, a research scientist, and a project manager.  She is currently employed by the City of Vaughan, where she runs the Corporate Project Management Office.

Abiola Lovell, PMP, MBA, CSM, Director Marketing & Communications

Abiola has been a member of the Project Management Institute since 2008; a Lakeshore Chapter member for seven years and volunteering since 2012. Prior to the Director, Events position, she served as Project Manager for the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) working with several post-secondary institutions across Ontario. She holds a Bachelor of Economics degree, a Post Graduate Certificate in Marketing Management and earned her Project Management Professional (PMP) designation in 2011.

Beaula Prashanth, PMP, LSSGB, Director Technology & Communications

Beaula holds a B. Tech Naval Architecture and Ship Building (Naval Architect) from CUSAT, Kerala, India, received her PMP in 2009 and also holds an Exemplar Global Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 9001: 2015 Lead Auditor Licence, AS9100D Probitas Lead Auditor Licence & Exemplar Global Lean Six Sigma Lean Green Belt. She is currently employed with Aviya Aerospace Systems as Project Manager Aerospace Verification & Validation (V&V) and Manager Process & Quality.

 

Galini Gavrilidou, MASc, MBA, PhD (ABD), PMP, Director Finance & Treasurer

Galini has over 20 years of industry experience as a Project Manager and Management Consultant in Corporate Finance. She undertook projects within a wide range of industries: Health Care, Municipal Government, Energy Distribution, Manufacturing, Consumer Packaged Goods, Non-Profit organizations and Education.

She holds a Master of Applied Science (MASc) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees from McMaster University. Currently, she is completing her PhD in Information Systems at DeGroote School of Business and involved in research in Big Data Management and Analytics in Health Care. She also teaches at postsecondary institutions as a sessional instructor.

Galini is a member of Project Management Institute Lakeshore Chapter and a Professional Project Manager (PMP). She has been a member of Finance Team at PMILOC since 2008 working with Programs and Functional Areas Budgets.

Mihaela Duceag, PMP, PMI-ACP, CDA, CM (PROSCI) Certified, Director Events

Mihaela is a Supervisor, Projects and Analysis, with Peel Regional Police, managing multiple portfolios, and diligently working on implementing the Portfolio Management governance and framework. Mihaela has over 25 years in the field of Information technology, and over 15 years leading geographically dispersed teams, and managing projects/programs/portfolios through all project management phases and utilizing various methodologies (Agile, Prince2, Predictive) in law enforcement, financial, wealth management, insurance, health care, retail, nuclear, not for profit, and manufacturing industries. Mihaela was successful at implementing Agile delivery within geographically dispersed teams, bringing value to stakeholders and building effective business - IT partnerships.

Mihaela has been volunteering with the PMI Lakeshore Ontario Chapter since 2009, and has been holding various positions on the Board of Directors since 2011 (Treasurer, President, Board Chair, Director of Volunteers, and Director of Events). She is a graduate of the PMI Leadership Masters Class (LIMC 2015), and she was a speaker and panellist at various events (PMI Region 3 Summit, Providence, RI, 2015, PMI Leadership Institute Meeting, North America, Phoenix, AZ, 2014, Panelist on Servant Leadership, PMI Leadership Institute Meeting, North America, Orlando, FL, 2015).

Mihaela is customer and member-centric, and she passionate about portfolio, program and project management, process improvements and organizational change management.


Shawn Pariag, BSc Comp. Sci., CTDP, PMP, CSM, EBAS, Director Professional Development

Shawn is Director, Enterprise Agility Coach with Royal Bank of Canada. For the past 20 years he has successfully merged his passions for technology, project management and adult learning into an intriguing career. Shawn graduated with a BSc in Computer Science from the University of the West Indies. He also earned certifications from the American Management Association and Prosci as a Certified Trainer and Change Management Professional. Shawn was often called upon to lead training teams on large transformational technology-based projects. He has also lectured to college classes on information management, project management and educational technology. Shawn successfully completed the Masters Certificate in Adult Training and Development (MCATD), became a Certified Training and Development Professional with The Institute for Performance and Learning and a Project Management Professional with the Project Management Institute. As an Enterprise Business Agility Strategist, Shawn is currently working with senior leaders across the bank to adopt a different way of working focused on increased collaboration, iterative value delivery and continuous improvement.


Vikas More, MBA, PMP, LEED GA, Director Member Care

Vikas More is a Project Management Professional and holds a degree in Architecture with more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry.

He earned his MBA from Rotman School of Management and is Gold Seal Certified Owner's Construction Manager. He is currently employed with Colliers Project Leaders delivering high-value projects for clients in private as well as the public sector.
