Jennifer Oxley-Weekes, PMP, M.S.P.M., LIMC, President/Director Projects and Performance Management (PPMO) Jennifer Oxley-Weekes is a Program Manager who brings a fresh yet informed approach to projects of varying scope and size, providing servant leadership enabling others to create environments that lead to successful projects; all with a sense of humour. After spending over 15 years in project management managing large transformation projects, from discovery through implementation and stabilization, Jennifer is able to meet or exceed timeline and budgetary targets. Jennifer has extensive experience working in globally distributed teams. She is an excellent communicator who interfaces well with senior leaders, vendors, and customers. She is a versatile, innovative leader, able to see the “big picture” while staying on top of all the details. Jennifer is PMP certified and holds a Masters in Project Management from Northeastern University. She successfully graduated from PMI’s Leadership Institute Master Class 2019 and brings this experience and global connection to the role. |

Roshini Ranjan, PMP, Board Chair/Past President Roshni Ranjan is a performance driven Project Management and Strategic Sourcing professional renowned for critical, and strategic thinking, quickly resolving obstacles while strengthening processes and practices. Roshni has been a member of Project Management Institute, Lakeshore Ontario Chapter and has been volunteering in various capacities at the Chapter since 2010. Prior to serving as President of the Chapter, she served as Director for New Products and Innovation; Portfolio Manager for Events & Communications; and Project Manager for Events and PD Day. Roshni holds a Degree in Mathematics and is PMP certified. |

Dev Ramcharan, PMP, CSM, CCTC, Secretary/Director Governance & Administration I have been a PMI member for 15 years (PMP since 2005), and a member of PMI LOC for 5 years, and have been a Volunteer speaker at events and Saturday training days since 2015. As a PMILOC volunteer I have provided training pro bono on Emotional Intelligence, Empathy and Conflict Management, among other subjects. As a volunteer outside of PMI, I led the Family Association for Mental Health Everywhere (a not-for-profit healthcare agency) as a Board Chair and chair of the Governance Committee, and navigated the organization through a time of traumatic change. I have worked in, built and managed Project Management Offices for over 20 years, working in Banking, Telecommunications and in Health Care. In my private consulting practice, I have focused on individual and organizational change. My services include coaching in Career Transition and Optimization, and assessment ,training and coaching in Emotional Intelligence and Culture Change. I am a Certified Project Management Professional, an OCAI Organizational Culture Change Management expert, a Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner, a Certified Career Transition Coach, a Minds at Work Process Facilitator, an EQi 2.0 Emotional Intelligence Assessor, Trainer and Coach. I currently work for Auvenir, a software development company, as a Project Management Lead. |

Pranav Dave, BE, PMP, CSM, ITIL, Treasurer/Director Finance Pranav is a highly motivated, analytical, strategic thinker and accomplished IT Program Management professional with 20 + years of experience in designing, developing, implementing, and leading a variety of high-profile SAP and non-SAP IT programs. He has managed projects from full lifecycle to increase efficiency and strengthen IT systems, digital transformation for multiple clients worldwide in the areas of Finance, Human resource, Payroll, Logistics, Business intelligence / warehouse in construction, cement, mining, hi-tech manufacturing, pharmaceutical, engineering, textile, and power sectors. To manage organization’s merger and divestiture of IT assets and applications is his strength and specialty. Pranav is a decision-maker with an innovative, start-up mentality, and strong focus on execution as well as relationship building that achieves results through people by leading directly or indirectly. To build an effective, high performance, and efficient team, is his passion. Pranav holds B. Eng. (Electrical) from India and is a certified PMP, a certified scrum master, a APMG certified Change Management practitioner and ITIL. Pranav earned PMP in 2011 and since then he is a member of PMI and lakeshore chapter. He has joined PMILOC finance organization as a Portfolio manager since March 2020. Playing badminton, tennis and bike riding are his few hobbies. Pranav believes in TEAM – Together Everyone Achieves More!! |

Abiola Lovell, MBA, PMP, CSM, CM (PROSCI), Director Marketing & Outreach Abiola is a seasoned project consultant and has worked in the retail, manufacturing, pharma and non-profit industries for more than 15 years. She has managed and executed business, technology, and strategic projects and has gained extensive experience in leadership, executive communications, stakeholder engagement and change management, while supporting diverse teams and managing complex projects.
Abiola is currently the Director of Marketing and Outreach for the PMI Lakeshore Ontario Chapter and has volunteered in various roles over the past 10 years. She holds an Executive MBA from the Ivey Business school and has completed additional studies in Project Management, Change Management, Diversity and Inclusion, and Communications.
Abiola is the proud mother of three children and enjoys traveling. |

Elizabeth Hartyoon, PMP, Director Member Care Elizabeth Hartyoon is a Manager of PMO who leads the Project & Program Managers to deliver all new and enhanced IT capabilities, functionalities, products, and services within North America. To be effective in this role she works tirelessly at building and maintaining relationships throughout the organization. She successfully provides leadership to the development, maintenance, and governance of the project portfolio plan in North America today and has done so in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa in previous roles. Elizabeth believes in coaching, mentoring, and motivating Project & Program Managers by creating a work environment that builds high performing teams required to deliver value-added, innovative IT projects. Simultaneously, Elizabeth looks for continuous improvement opportunities, most recently improving, implementing, and centralizing resource and capacity planning. This was achieved by delivering a training curriculum, developing monitoring dashboards, and ensuring resources are requested and allocated on time. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Project Management Professional designation (PMP) and was recently awarded the PMI Lakeshore Ontario Chapter Leadership Award for her volunteering contribution in 2020. |

Harinder Pal Singh, PMP, SMC, CPPM, SAFe 5 Agilist, CDPSE, Director Professional Development Harinder is an accomplished senior Program/Project Manager providing Business/IT Transformation Projects delivery, IT Consulting services, Pre-sales, Business outcomes and RFP/Bid proposal for Tier 1 leading Telco, Banking and Enterprise multinational organizations during the last 20+ years. Harinder has managed large and complex projects for several prestigious clients in Canada, Australia and internationally. Harinder is a PMP Certified, Scrum Master Certified and Lean Six Sigma & Yellow belt trained. Harinder possesses a 4 years engineering degree in Computer Science and postgraduate 1 year Executive certificate in Management Program (eMcIntire), University of Virginia. |
