2 day, 15 PDUs Direct Access Marketplace Program (course limited to 24 participants). Our workshops are designed to respect the principles of adult learning.We use interactive lectures, application exercises, discussions and interactive multimedia simulations to reinforce the knowledge gained. Moreover, the lectures, exercises and simulations are based on strategic change frameworks that have been validated by formal academic research.

Implementing Strategic Change

To support the development of strategic change capacity for Project Management professionals, after our two-day workshop attendees will:

  • enhance their confidence and knowledge in critical strategic change implementation areas such as communicating the need for the change, creating an effective strategic change vision, identifying and overcoming resistance, building a critical mass of “converts”, and communicating change effectively;
  • learn by hands-on practice in a simulation in which they make crucial decisions and get immediate feedback on the quality of their decision-making;
  • gain an understanding of what goes wrong in most strategic change efforts and how to avoid pitfalls.
