Registration deadline is 5:30 P.M. on Friday, April 21, 2017.

Cancellation deadline is 5:30 PM on Friday, April 12, 2017. You are required to notify the chapter by sending an e-mail message to with your cancellation request. Cancellation before this deadline is subject to an administration fee equal to 6% of the amount billed rounded off to the nearest dollar.

If you cancel your registration after the deadline you will not receive any refund of the registration fees. It is also not possible to transfer your registration to another event if you are unable to attend the event you have registered for.
