Fundamentals of Developing Public Private Partnership (PPP) Projects

MONDAY MEETING AGENDA

Public Private Partnership (PPP), also referred to as P3, is becoming an ever more common method to finance, develop and deliver projects throughout the world. However, the interpretation of what a PPP means and how it affects the process of project management brings its own challenges. Such projects tend to be complicated and demanding.

The presentation will review the basic definition and go through the latest development at the local and international levels. It will highlight the standard practices applicable in the industry and how it affects the PM process as whole.

Moreover, will introduce useful skills and advance training available that enable professionals to efficiently manage these complex projects and be prepared to meet the targets presented by national and global infrastructure initiatives and strategies.
