Here are the executives of the PMI Lakeshore Ontario Chapter for the year 2018 - 2019. For a description of their roles see Position Guides.

Michael Ghobros, PMP, P.Eng
Board Chair

Michael Ghobros is the Director of Professional Services at Hostopia. Mr. Ghobros is also the head of a Global Project Management Office (PMO) responsible for efficiently and effectively delivering successful projects. Mr. Ghobros served previously as the head of the Migration Division responsible for completing successful migrations of partners’ assets including web and email content to the company platform. He brings over 20 years of experience in Technology and Project Management. His background includes key roles with Nortel Networks, Softchoice and Brookfield Lepage Johnson Controls.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Automatic Control from Alexandria University and a Master of Engineering in Technology Innovation Management (TIM) from Carleton University. Mr. Ghobros is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Professional Engineer of Ontario (P. Eng). 

Mohamed Ksaibati, MBA, PMP, PMI-ACP, ITIL


Mohamed Ksaibati is a highly accomplished project management consultant, he has over 25 years of experience, with a proven record of exceeding expectations delivering complex projects utilizing the best practices of Agile and Waterfall methodologies for various clients within Professional services, Banking, Insurance, Telecom and currently works on a contract with TD Bank. With an undergraduate degree in Electronics Engineering, he earned his MBA in 2013 (in Consultancy) under graduate in Electronics Engineering, PMP in 2007, PMI-ACP in 2017, and few other certificates from various industry leaders. Mohamed has been volunteering with the chapter since 2008 at different capacities including:

  • 2017-2018, President Elect Senior VP. Working diligently to build a collaborative volunteering teams to develop and implement chapter’s vision and mission.

  • 2017- 2016, Director of Marketing, he led teams to delivering projects and events supporting portfolios of Education Outreach, Corporate Outreach, and Community Outreach. He was the chapter liaison with PMI Education Foundation.

  • 2010 – 2016, VP of Marketing, Education Outreach. promoted project management for students through local colleges and Universities.

  • 2008- 2010, Volunteered with Membership and Communication portfolios, supported new members orientation events, and the creation of 1800 number for the chapter.

A side from the chapter Mohamed volunteered:

  • Taekwondo Instructor at YMCA, and Soccer Coach at MYSL.

  • DECA compilation: Judging projects for High School and Universities, 2015-2016

Mohamed has a passion with project management as a career, he is eager to promote the profession and help organizations to utilize best practices to deliver successful projects.

President Elect/Senior Vice President

Roshini holds a B.Sc Mathematics and is a certified PMP. Prior to President Elect/Senior Vice President, she served as the Director, Partnership & Relationship, AVP/VP/MC Events, Project Manager – Symposiums 2014 & 2015 & Speaker Lead – Symposium 2016.

Organized two very successful Symposiums 2014 and 2015 and ensured we received the best speakers for Symposium 2016.

Roshini Ranjan in her day life works as Manager Business Programs, managing the Centre of Excellence for Contract Management and Supplier Relationship Management at the GTAA. In her boss’s words, she is a strategic thinker and very driven. She has traveled and lived in more than 5 countries around the globe. These amazing places have exposed to various cultures, customs, and people. This has also introduced in her global concepts big ideas that has helped shape the person she is today.

Roshini is a mother of a daughter in university. She spends her weekends hiking on the Bruce Trail with her husband. She is adventurous by nature and likes to try out such activities like zip lining, skydiving, parasailing and whitewater rafting.

Abiola Lovell, PMP

Director - Member Care

Abiola has been a member of the Project Management Institute since 2008; a Lakeshore Chapter member for seven years and volunteering since 2012. Prior to the Director, Events position, she served as Project Manager for the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) working with several post-secondary institutions across Ontario. She holds a Bachelor of Economics degree, a Post Graduate Certificate in Marketing Management and earned her Project Management Professional (PMP) designation in 2011.

Her professional experience in Tourism and Travel, Non-Profit, Logistics, and other industries have shaped her for many different roles including managing projects and leading teams. Abiola enjoys giving back to the community, focusing on the development of others. Currently volunteering as a Math and English tutor, being involved in World Vision’s One Life Experience in 2006 and 30 Hour Famine in 2008 are great accomplishments. Abiola has attributed her success to great work ethics, dedication and the application of the project management methodology both at work and in her personal life.

Alison Munro, B. Math, M.Sc., PMP, ITIL

Director - Partnership & Relationship  & Secretary

With more than 30 years of experience in the areas of strategic planning, systems analysis, project management and superior service delivery, Alison is a dedicated problem-solver who enjoys engaging with people to reach creative but practical solutions. Throughout her career, Alison has been a software engineer, a consultant, a research scientist, and a project manager.  She is currently employed by the City of Vaughan, where she runs the Corporate Project Management Office. Alison has been volunteering with the chapter since 2009 at different capacities including:

  • 2016: Standard Reviewer for PMBOK v6

  • 2016: Standard Reviewer for PMI Standard for Organizational Project Management (OPM)

  • 2010 – 2013: Book Review Editor for PMI Quality Community of Practice Book Club

  • 2013 – 2016: Executive Women’s Golf Association of Canada, President

  • 2009 – 2013: Executive Women’s Golf Association of Canada GTA Chapter, Membership Director (2 years), Vice-President, President and Past-President (each 1 year)

Beaula Prashanth, PMP

Director - Communications & Infrastructure

Beaula has been a member of the Project Management Institute since 2006, Lakeshore Chapter member for 10 years and volunteering since 2009. Prior to the Director, Communications position, she served as Portfolio Manager for Communications & Infrastructure from 2015 - 2017 and held many other positions - FAQ Coordinator/AVP Event Inquiries, Event FAC - Saturday Event Team Volunteer, 2014/2015 Symposium Team Member, 2016 Symposium Project Manager, Web Administrator, Responsible for Internal SharePoint Site Implementation & Launch of New Web Site.

Beaula holds a B. Tech Naval Architecture and Ship Building (Naval Architect) from CUSAT, Kerala, India, received her PMP in 2009 and also holds an Exemplar Global Certified Quality Management System (QMS), Lead Auditor Licence. She has 25+ years of Program & Project Management expertise in Naval Architecture, Aerospace Verification & Validation (V&V), and Quality & Process Improvement Initiatives with responsibilities in Ship Design, Engineering Software Development, ISO 9001/AS9100 C Implementation, Auditing/Assessment with regards to various Quality Models/Methodologies/Frameworks/Standards.

She is currently employed with Aviya Aerospace Systems as Project Manager Aerospace Verification & Validation (V&V) and Manager Process & Quality. 

Cherry Di Gregorio, BCS, PMP

Director - Finance & Treasurer

Cherry Di Gregorio studied Computer Science at York University & University of Toronto. A software developer, she held positions as Accounting Manager, IT Manager and GM over a span of 30+ years. In July 2012, she joined PMI Lakeshore, receiving her PMP certification in September of the same year. She became a PMI Lakeshore Chapter volunteer in 2013 as AVP Contracts, then VP Finance in 2014, and Acting Finance Treasurer in June 2015.

As a new PMI Lakeshore volunteer, Cherry made recommendations regarding the Lakeshore Chapter’s document repository and prepared gap analysis for EFT implementation. As VP of Finance, Cherry assisted with budget preparation, invoicing, and accounts payables. Appointed by the Board to fill a vacancy, Cherry quickly transitioned into the Treasurer role, clearing the payable backlog, getting the board approval for the 2016 budget by December 2015, and taking a role in the development of the Lakeshore’s Travel and Expense Policy.


She holds office in several non-profit organizations and is a coordinator for a community center in Toronto, Recording Secretary for an international women’s organization and former member of the GTIS Leadership team.

Dev Ramcharan, PMP, CCTC

Director - Marketing & Outreach

Dev Ramcharan is PMP, Certified Career Transition Coach, Certified Eqi2.0 Emotional Intelligence Assessor, Trainer and Coach, Taylor Protocols Core Values Indicator (CVI) assessor and coach, Change Management Practitioner - ProSci.

Dev has been volunteering with the chapter since 2013 at different capacities including:

  • PMI Global as a Knowledge Management Lead for the Global IT & Telecom Community of Practice from September 2013 to September 2014.

  • As a volunteer Speaker in 2013: PMO Evolution for the 21st Century; Managing Multi-Generational Project Teams 

Board Chair and Governance Committee Lead for the Family Association for Mental Health Everywhere from 2013 to 2018.

Jennifer Oxley-Weekes, PMP

Director - Professional Development

Jennifer holds a Post Graduate Diploma International Relations, University of the West Indies, B.Sc. Economics, University of the West Indies & Post Graduate Diploma Event Management, George Washington University and received her PMP in 2013.

Held positions as Co-Chair for 2016 Career Day had direct responsibility for sponsorship and sourcing presenters and recruiters to assist with the event. Managed volunteers including verification of hours/participation. As Portfolio Manager developed an overall strategy for Volunteer Engagement and gained Board approval; developed a Volunteer Management Handbook and Volunteer Lifecycle Guide as part of the strategy development for the volunteer engagement portfolio.

Proactive, performance-driven customer focused Professional with 20+ years of international and domestic progressive expertise in leadership and problem solving for financial services, hospitality, and retail industry.  Keen understanding of business priorities, genuine team player committed to managing operations and projects flawlessly while contributing to revenue-producing activities.

Mihaela Duceag, PPMP, PMI-ACP, CDA, CM (PROSCI) Certified

Director - Events


Mihaela is passionate about project/program management, and organizational change management. She is customer centric and has an innovative and continuous improvement approach.

Mihaela is committed to work with the Board in defining and aligning the Chapter’s strategy with the PMI and in identifying new program opportunities that will benefit the Chapter’s members and volunteers.
13 years as a Sr. Project/Program Manager, and over 22 years experience in an IT environment within various industries: Financial Services, Insurance, Health Care, Manufacturing, Distribution, Not-for-profit, Retail and Nuclear.
